Hey, college students: Buffalo.com—your favorite site for events, entertainment, food, style and more—is looking for new additions to its promotional street team. Do you have what it takes to wear the t-shirt?

Promotional team members interact and engage with event attendees to drive awareness about Buffalo.com, generate likes on the Buffalo.com Facebook page and gather followers for the @buffalodotcom Twitter account. 

Members must bring a high level of enthusiasm and energy to the position while representing Buffalo.com in professional and personable manner.  You will be required to be available on nights and weekends. We have a very flexible schedule that is based on your availability—we’ll help you work around your class and work responsibilities. Attendance at a promotions team orientation is required, which includes a meeting at The Buffalo News Building (1 News Plaza, Buffalo) for a general breakdown of the program and goals.

Oh, and you get paid per event. That’s important, too.

EXPECTATIONS:

•  Clean cut, professional appearance

•  Enthusiasm, energy, and confidence for interacting with local event attendees

•  Strong communication skills and outgoing personality to interact with our target demographic

•  Ability to work nights and weekends
