Just a few years ago, Megabus entered the cheap transportation scene in Buffalo. For as little as $1, Western New Yorkers were booking trips to Manhattan and Toronto. On Tuesday, Megabus officials announced that Buffalonians can now go to Pittsburgh on a budget.

The new route, which runs from Toronto—through Buffalo—to Pittsburgh, also makes stops at other Pennsylvania cities such as Erie and Harrisburg along the way. The additional route is a by-product of a Megabus expansion which will make Pittsburgh a new bus hub. Other cities that will be connected by bus route to Pittsburgh are Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati.

Travelers can begin booking trips today.
