Looking to meet some of the area’s other young professionals such as yourself?

The Amherst Chamber of Commerce Emerging Business Leaders’ young professionals group will hold a ProMix, professional mixer from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the TriMain Center, located at 2495 Main Street in Buffalo.

This month’s ProMix event will provide young professionals with an inside look at the vibrant and multi-faceted arts community in Western New York.

According to the EBL, “Guests will tour the Buffalo Arts Studio, headquartered in the TriMain Center, and discuss the city’s fine arts scene with resident artists at the studio. Young professionals will be able to view the current exhibits at the studio, including, Marie-Claire Bozant’s The Limits of Stability, Lai-Chung Poon’s Layers and Allen C. Topolski’s Once Familiar, Twice Removed.

Afterward, attendees will gain a different perspective from faculty members and students at Daemen College’s International Center for Excellence in Animation.”

ProMix at the TriMain Center is free for members of Emerging Business Leaders and $15 for non-members. Light appetizers will be provided. For more information or to register for the event, you can check out the EBL website or Facebook page.
