Oof - John got off to a tough start to the 2011 season, earning the loss after giving up 4 earned runs in 0.2 IP in the Brew Crew’s 7-6 loss in the season opener against the Cincinnati Reds on Thursday. He gave up the three-run, game-winning home run to Reds’ catcher Ramon Hernandez. John collected 1 strikeout and walked 1 batter. He currently boasts a whopping 54.00 ERA. Shake it off, John!
