Show us what you’ve got. Rumor has it we’re the coolest crew to work with on the block.

Buffalo.com is the entertainment hub of Buffalo, N.Y., covering events, music, food, sports, style and all things Buffalo. From wings and waterfront to food trucks and fashion, we keep the pulse of a city on the rise, sharing with our readers where to be and what to see.

Those interested should have a passion for writing and sharing pro-Buffalo articles about upcoming events and local happenings. Interested applicants should also have a sound understanding of the Buffalo area and working knowledge of social media networks.

Duties:

*Daily blogging for Buffalo.com
*Assist the Buffalo.com staff with event coverage
*Update event calendar with upcoming Buffalo happenings
*Reach out for interviews for blog posts and multimedia projects

Qualifications:

*Able to work in downtown Buffalo.
*Must be a current college student able to receive school credit
*Available to work a minimum of 10 to 15 hours per week during the semester
*Enrolled in a relevant program including journalism, communication, English, marketing, etc.
*Has recent writing samples available for review
*Strong interpersonal communication skills and poise to conduct interviews
