MMA training here in the Queen City - VIDEO

In a video posted by Dave “Mac” MacLean, we got a taste of just what to expect from MMA training here in the Queen City.
Mac’s MMA visits Bufalo Training Center at their new location in the Eastern Hills Mall in Williamsville, New York. Owner and head instructor Jason Trzewieczynski talk about what its like having a gym in a mall and what Buffalo Training Center has to offer its students.
According to the website,
Mac’s MMA is a website dedicated to the promotion of the sport of mixed martial arts (MMA) in New York State. This site is for the fighter, trainer, casual practitioner and fan of mma and is designed to be both an informational resource (through relevant articles on training, nutrition, fighting technique, etc), and a promotional tool for mma fighters and their gyms (through interviews, videos and and positive articles about the sport in New York).
