In an effort to get feedback from fans, Lindy Ruff’s son Brian Ruff has set up a twitter account for you to comment.

@Commentforlindy will be a place for fans to tweet messages to Lindy with Brian passing along the kinds words to his father.

According to the description, “Leave comments here and they will be shown to my dad. This account is run by @bruffles22 I’m hoping to cheer him up. Show now much the city loved him.”

So far, the account has over 1,600 followers, despite no tweets being shared. You can also check out some of the messages people have left through this tagged page on twitter.

Brian Ruff, who is currently playing for the Buffalo Jr. Sabres of the OJHL currently has 7 goals and 13 assists in 32 games this season. The Buffalo Jr. Sabres have also clinched first place in the west division and secured a spot in the playoffs for the 2012/2013 season.
