What started out as a frustrating first period, fans and players alike were not happy at the three goal deficit that Toronto served Buffalo after one.

But with serious physical play from the NHL’s rookie of the month, Marcus Foligno and a couple goals from Sabres newcomer, Alexander Sulzer, the team somehow managed to turn it around and tie it up 5 - 5 at 18:07 into the third period.

Not to mention the beauty of a one-timer that Derek Roy threw at the net in OT, take a look at the plays, hits and goals from last night from the last home game of the Sabres’ regular season.
