Flurrious 2014 at Delaware Park - PHOTOS

by Cody Osborne  •

Every year the Flurrious festival at Delaware Park seems to grow and become bigger and bigger than years past (just like most of the popular events around the area).

This was the 4th year that Flurrious was held at one of the most beautiful parks in all of Buffalo, and it was a good one. The festival and games went from around 9 on Saturday morning all the way up until around 6.that night.

The flurries were in full effect at Flurrious but as the day started to drift into the late afternoon those flurries became rain drops. In typical Buffalo fashion, nobody at the festival let the weather ruin what kind of day it was going to be. The Quidditch tournament was going strong all day long along with the multiple kickball games that were also located around the park.

Soccer was also a big hit this year among all the spectators who came out to celebrate this annual festival at Delaware Park.

Flurrious is without a doubt one of the greatest outdoor events that Buffalo has to offer at this time of year. Scroll through this album to see some of the intense photos from the Quidditch tournament, an interesting bike with two different sized wheels, Sabretooth, and a bear drinking a beer.

If you are still feeling a need to see some action-packed Flurrious photos, be sure to also check out last year’s gallery as well.
