First, the Nickel City Knockouts took on the Suicidal Saucies. For a good portion of the game, the two teams were very close in score. It looked like the Suicidal Saucies were about to pull ahead for the win, but in the end, the Nickel City Knock Outs won 217 to 138. The second bout was the Alley Cats versus last year's cup champions, the Devil Dollies.
