Sosa drops season-high 25 in Canisius’ win over Manhattan - PHOTOS

by Cody Osborne  •

25 points, four rebounds and two assists is what Isaac Sosa's numbers looked like after Thursday night's performance at the Koessler Athletic Center at Canisius College, as the Griffs downed Manhattan 64-60.

The game was very tight during the first half but the Griffs started to pull away once the second half got going. Canisius almost lost a huge lead but in the end it was the Griffs who were victorious.

Sosa could not have pulled off the victory alone; he had some help from his teammates Billy Baron and Harold Washington, who both scored double-figures as well. For a more in-depth recap of Thursday night's game check out Ben Tsujimoto's blog and while your at it glance at our photo gallery to see if you can find Ben sitting courtside for the Griff's performance.

If you missed the game, don't worry at all. Canisius plays at home this Saturday versus Siena and plenty of tickets are still available. Go Griffs!
