UB Bulls snuff Kent State Golden Flashes - PHOTOS

It had been a while since the UB Bulls had beaten the Kent State Golden Flashes, but that streak ended Saturday night in Alumni Arena as the UB Bulls defeated the visitors, 71-60.
It seemed the night started sloppily for the Bulls with a couple turnovers—they just looked a tad sluggish at the outset, but they turned it around and night ended well.
One of the big reasons was the play of Will Regan, who had 25 points on the night. The Flashes were double-teaming Javon McCrea and it helped give Regan a little room and Will took advantage of the opportunity.
Joshua Freelove ended with 14 points. UB is on winter break, so the True Blue section was quieter than usual, but still a nice crowd and the game was covered on ESPN3.
