Running fail - VIDEOS

Ben K. and I will both be representing Buffalo.com at the Buffalo Marathon this Sunday -- we'll be running the half -- and I'm just hoping not to make a compete fool of myself.

I've done a half before. Let me tell you: 13.1 miles by foot can be rough. I'm glad I made it alive, but I fear that I'll end up face-planting or losing control of my body halfway through the race, much like these folks below:
